FLORA: ANA VIDIGAL PARTICIPA DEL PROGRAMA ESUCELA ABIERTA

Esta tarde, en el marco del programa Escuela Abierta desarrollado por FLORA, la artista portuguesa Ana Vidigal llevará a cabo una charla con relación a su trabajo –principalmente enfocado en la pintura, el collage y las artes plásticas-. La convocatoria es gratuita, pero con previa inscripción.

Sobre la artista:

Ana Vidigal (Lisbon, 1960) lives and works in Lisbon. His work goes through painting, collage, assamblage and installation, as processes of decontextualization and reconfiguration of images taken from different sources, exploring social, political and memory values. After concluding his painting studies at the School of Fine Arts of Lisbon in 1984, Vidigal was a fellow of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (1985-1987). He has exhibited in spaces such as Baginski Gallery, the Portuguese Cultural Center - Camões Institute, Modern Art Center of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the Sharjah Biennial, and the National Museum of Contemporary Art - Museu do Chiado. His work is present in the collections of the Modern Art Center of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Culturgest, the Serralves Foundation, the Bank of Portugal, the Berardo Collection, Manuel de Brito and the Deutsche Bank.
