apexart is accepting exhibition proposals for its NYC Open Call from October 1–31, 2021. As humanity expands into the solar system, so will art. Moon Gallery proposes to send a collection of ideas into space for future generations to hold onto. Each idea has a big role to serve as a seed of a new culture, but they are small enough to fit into one-cubic-centimeter space travel casing. This is a symbolic gesture, offering an opportunity to discuss what art and culture mean to us at the beginning of the multi-planetary epoch of humanity, and presenting a remote cache of artifacts for future humans to discover and enjoy. Application deadline: August 8^th, 2021.

Until September 15, the call is open to Colombian or foreign artists with more than 15 years of experience to present an artistic intervention in the Fragmentos space, created by Doris Salcedo. The award consists of one hundred and sixty million Colombian pesos ($160,000,000 m/cte).

The renowned art contest, again organized in partnership with the Museum of Modern Art of Buenos Aires, will select and award $1,200,000 to an unpublished work to permanently inhabit one of the company's developments. Application deadline: August 26, 2021

Artists under 30 and from all over the world may apply for the call, which starts with a workshop and includes the possibility to obtain a 25,000 euro grant and the chance to exhibit in the context of the 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, Il latte dei sogni / The Milk of Dreams, curated by Cecilia Alemani.
