20 YEARS AFTER THE INAUGURATION OF CURRICULUM CERO, RUTH BENZACAR GALLERY LAUNCHES NEW CALL FOR ENTRIES
Ruth Benzacar launches a new call for entries to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Currículum Cero, the gallery's visual arts competition. The new edition focuses on proposals, with no age limits. The deadline for registration is October 31, 2022.
The new call by Ruth Benzacar –an art gallery focused on the promotion, dissemination and commercialization of Argentine contemporary art– seeks to celebrate its trajectory and all the artists who have participated in its ten editions.
Visual artists in general, native or resident Argentineans, and with free choice of medium, may participate. Contestants must be over 15 years old. Proposals made by more than one author may also participate, but the presentation must be made by only one member of the group.
Each participant must submit his or her proposal in PDF format by Monday, October 31 at 7 p.m. and the winning artist will be awarded an exhibition in Room 2 of the Gallery during the 2023 season. The jury will be interdisciplinary and will be made up of artists, critics and the Gallery's directors.
